Situation. Market leader in children educational means Zwijsen Publishers asked to develop a strategy that would engage both consumers, partners (specialists on education) and the partnering educational institutions. The key question of Zwijsen was: how can we reach out to parents, position our publishers house firmly in the consumer market and engage our specialists using new technologies at the same time?

Approach. We did research on the use of children’s learning behavior, the way parents, teachers and specialists are involved in that process and developed a social strategy aswell as the entire implementation and in-house editorial training

Outcome. ogether with one of the partnering agencies VUE designed a platform and helped with the execution and designOver 14.000 parents -and still counting!- are member and contribute to ZwijsenOuders, which is having it’s 5 year anniversary this summer.
